AllDay is building towards a system that runs a whole venue, but only the food safety and compliance module is live today. The site had to sell that bigger vision without promising features that don't exist yet. Compliance is also a hard thing to make appealing: most owners see it as paperwork, not a product, so it needed to feel like relief rather than more admin.
We led with the vision, "One system for your whole venue", then grounded it straight away in what ships now: food safety and compliance. Anything still in development is clearly marked as coming soon, so nothing reads as a promise we can't keep. The palette pairs warm gold and burnt orange against near-black, which keeps it feeling like hospitality rather than enterprise software, and we sourced photography of real back-of-house settings so it looks like the venues it is for. The practical reassurances carry a lot of the weight: it runs on the hardware venues already own, and setup takes a day.
